Philippine Youth Environment Network
(PhilYEN)

      PhilYEN is envisioned to be the umbrella network of all youth organizations in pursuit of environmental advocacy, sustainable development, and responsible mountaineering.

      It will provide a platform for youth environmental leaders from various regions in the Philippines to generate fresh environmental initiatives for their respective schools and communities.

      PhilYEN is attached with Earth Day Network Philippines and the UNEP Tunza South East Asian Youth Environment Network.  It is recognized by the Department of Environment & Natural Resources and the National Youth Commission as the youth network for the environment of the Philippines.

Updates

July 8: Due to the July 8 Resolution, the PhilYEN Council will no longer be individuals but organizations represented by one (1) individual, who shall be the Council Seat for the function. In the same Resolution, the number of the Fellowship Council was fixed at seven (7) members. There shall be four (4) Executive Functions namely: Network Coordination, Membership, Communication, and Resource Mobilization. There shall also be three (3) Regional Representatives: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao Representative.

Currently, these are the organizations that are part of the Fellowship Council:
